To start using the Rentif platform you need to register and proceed through the User verification process.
Users of the Rentif platform who wish to rent or rent out must first be verified using an automatic or manual verification process.
It is also necessary to prove the existence of a driver's license when renting under the Transport category.
Account Balance consists of rental income and deposits to the account. It can also be used to receive refunds and compensation.
Pending Balance consists of money which has been paid for the upcoming rentals. The money will be transferred to Account balance once the rental has been successfully finished.
Granted Balance consists of deposits given to the user on behalf of the Rentif platform. It can only be used to pay rent.
In case the listing is Instant booking you do not have to wait for the owner’s approval.
You will be redirected to the payment right away.

In case the listing is Regular booking, the owner's confirmation must be awaited before the payment can be made. Whenever the owner accepts or denies your request you will be sent a notification to your email address. You will need to pay in your earliest convenience once the owner confirms your booking request.
Every Monday, the user's Account balance is transferred to the user's bank account.
The website usage will be restricted as long as you do not pay the debt. We will remind you to top up your Account balance by email.
You can pay the debt by adding funds to your Account balance.
